1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition (if applicable).

Please note: As a dropshipping store, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons unless the product is faulty or incorrect.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable or hygiene-related goods
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Products returned after 14 days
  • Items without proof of purchase

3. How to Request a Return

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For any other valid return (if accepted), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or supplier. You will receive the appropriate return instructions after your return request is approved.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (via PayPal).
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your PayPal or bank account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at [email protected].

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we may have already processed or shipped the item and cannot cancel it.
